Vocal Toning is a practice that utilizes the natural voice to make sustained vowel sounds or humming sounds on the full exhalation of the breath for therapeutic or meditative purposes. “Vocal Toning is known as one of the most effective, safest, easiest, most natural, and inexpensive forms of sound therapy.
