A Private Initiative Has Been Formed To Address The Crisis At The U.S. Southern Border

October 14
18:39 2022

More than 2 million migrants have crossed our border in the last year alone and our border communities are not prepared to handle this influx.

At the same time, hundreds of communities across America have opened their arms to migrants by declaring themselves a “Sanctuary” and it’s time for these communities to share in the burden of this border crisis.

The Sanctuary City Caravan Initiative Inc. will provide temporary housing, food and transportation to any migrant seeking a better future in any sanctuary city they wish to travel to.

A GiveSendGo crowdfunding campaign will begin in a few days with the goal to raise at least $1 million dollars! We anticipate to begin chartering buses within 30 days and will continue these caravans as long as the crisis at the border persists. A preview of our funding video is available at sanctuarycitycaravan.org

With the help of thousands of people across America, Sanctuary City Caravan Initiative will charter dozens,  if not hundreds of buses to help the thousands of people that are being released DAILY at the border.
